After an experience on the Royal Princess Cruise, consolidates the professionalism in several Italian hotel facilities in Cervinia, Sestriere, Punta Ala, Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo and Milan.
Since 2009 he has been Chef at the Brunello Bar and Restaurant, receiving the “International Certificate of Excellence” from the Gotha del Gusto, the international body that brings together more than 200 food and wine journalists and food experts.
